Fool, Honey & Rose is a song I wrote following a breakup. It’s about feeling overbearing in a relationship and giving so much while getting so little in return. I felt like I needed to write it to convince myself never go back to that person. Although the song was inspired by a breakup, there are some very romantic lyrics. This represents my internal battle with loving a person so much while also realizing that they don’t feel the same way, and needing to move on.
